Can Regular Phone Calls with a Care Manager Improve Quality of Life for People with Post-Traumatic Epilepsy
The purpose of this study is to find out if regular phone calls from a care manager can help patients with post-traumatic epilepsy and symptoms of anxiety and/or depression. The care manager will talk about anxiety, depression, seizures and side effects. They will also provide you with brief therapy sessions. We want to know if this approach helps improve emotional quality of life.

Studying New Treatments for High-Risk Head and Neck Cancer
The purpose of this study is to find a new treatment for people with head and neck cancer. We want to see if using radiation therapy with two different mixes of drugs is better than the usual treatment. The first mix is radiation therapy with the drugs called docetaxel and cetuximab. The second mix is radiation therapy with the drug called cisplatin and an immunotherapy drug called atezolizumab. We are looking for volunteers who have had surgery to remove high-risk cancer in the mouth, throat, voice box, or lower throat.

Eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) is a condition where certain white blood cells build up in the esophagus, making it harder to swallow. The purpose of this study is to learn how people with this health problem use a medicine called Dupixent®, also known as dupilumab, as part of their regular care. Our researchers will collect information from regular doctor visits, short online surveys, and occasional check-ins-all done online to make it easy. Volunteers in this study will not get any extra tests or treatments, and their usual care will not change. By sharing your experience, you can help us understand how Dupixent® works in everyday life.

Learning More About Dental Cleaning and Bacteria in the Bloodstream
The purpose of this study is to learn more about teeth cleaning and bacteria. We want to see if professional teeth cleaning and taking care of your teeth regularly can change how often and the types of bacteria that get into your bloodstream. The study will last 4 months with 4 in-person visits and 6 phone calls. The visits will include a dental exam, teeth brushing, and professional cleaning. We are looking for volunteers who have 10 more teeth, have not had their teeth professionally cleaned in 12 months or longer, and do not need an antibiotic before a dentist visit. The study team will provide more information.
