We are doing this study to find out if the study drug AZD7798 works well and is safe for treating Crohn's disease. We also want to learn more about Crohn's disease and the health problems it causes. AZD7798 targets a specific type of immune cell that we think might be causing inflammation in the gut for people with Crohn's disease.
