The purpose of this study is to compare two different surgery methods for people with osteosarcoma that has spread to the lung. We want to find out which surgery method is better. One method is called open thoracic surgery. It is done through a single large cut between the ribs, opens the chest, and removes the cancer. The other method is called thoracoscopy. It is done through several small incisions and uses a small camera to help with removing the cancer. Both methods are considered standard treatment.
