A germ cell tumor is a type of cancer found in the ovaries for females or the testes for males. This tumor may also be found in the pelvis along the tailbone, chest, abdomen, and other structures of the body. Chemotherapy is the medicine used to fight cancer. We want to find out if giving children with germ cell tumors chemotherapy on a faster schedule is effective.

Comparing Two Different Methods of Surgery to Treat Osteosarcoma that Has Spread to the Lungs
The purpose of this study is to compare two different surgery methods for people with osteosarcoma that has spread to the lung. We want to find out which surgery method is better. One method is called open thoracic surgery. It is done through a single large cut between the ribs, opens the chest, and removes the cancer. The other method is called thoracoscopy. It is done through several small incisions and uses a small camera to help with removing the cancer. Both methods are considered standard treatment.

The purpose of this study is to see how well a drug called selumetinib works for treating patients with neurofibromatosis type 1 associated low-grade glioma. Low-grade glioma is a type of cancer that affects the nervous system. We also want to see how well selumetinib works at improving vision in patients with low-grade glioma of the optic pathway. Using Tagraxofusp to Treat Cancer in Young People
The purpose of this study is to see if adding the study drug, Tagraxofusp, to the usual treatment helps people with refractory (difficult to treat) and/or relapsed (cancer that has returned after previous treatment) hematologic malignancy (cancer). Comparing a New Treatment For Blood Cancer Patients
The purpose of this study is to learn about a new treatment called Inotuzumab Ozogamicin. We want to see if it helps people with blood cancer. We will compare the results of patients who get this new treatment with those who get the usual treatment. We are looking for volunteers who are newly diagnosed with one of these blood cancers: high-risk B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL), mixed-phenotype acute leukemia (MPAL), or disseminated B lymphoblastic lymphoma (B-LLy).

Comparing Hearing Loss in Cancer Patients
The main goal of this study is to find out if there is a difference in hearing loss between cancer patients who get the treatment cisplatin and those who get the treatment carboplatin. We want to know how hearing loss affects patients in their daily lives. To find out, we will make a questionnaire that asks about your own experiences with hearing loss or hearing problems. We are looking for volunteers with germ cell tumors who have been treated with either cisplatin or carboplatin.

The purpose of this study to find better ways to diagnose, treat, and prevent cancers in children, teenagers, and young adults. Our goal is to gather information about cancer treatments and their results to improve future care. We are looking for volunteers who have cancer or other conditions where cells grow abnormally.
