    About This Study

Sleep is a critical part of long-term memory storage and overall brain health. As we get older, our sleep and memory naturally get worse. The goal of this study is to see if improving sleep at night can improve memory. Volunteers in this study will wear a headband while they sleep that is designed to improve deep sleep, the part of sleep that is important for healthy brain function. This study will involve three in-lab visits and will last about six weeks.
