Improving Memory by Improving Sleep
Sleep is a critical part of long-term memory storage. Aging can cause issues with sleep and memory. The goal of this study is to see if improving sleep can improve memory. Volunteers will wear a headband during sleep that will record brain activity. This headband will also provide low-level electrical stimulation to increase deep sleep. Deep sleep is a stage of sleep that is important for memory.

The purpose of this study is to learn more about a new technology called Cereset Research (CR). It uses sounds linked to your brainwaves to help your brain relax and balance. In this study, you will continue your other current care, but will also receive sessions of CR. The goal is to see if it helps people with stress, anxiety, or trouble sleeping.
