Our researchers would like to explore different ways of helping people get better access to food and see if it can help improve their blood pressure. Helping the Brain Relax to Improve Sleep and Stress
The purpose of this study is to learn more about a new technology called Cereset Research (CR). It uses sounds linked to your brainwaves to help your brain relax and balance. In this study, you will continue your other current care, but will also receive sessions of CR. The goal is to see if it helps people with stress, anxiety, or trouble sleeping. We are looking for volunteers with symptoms following a concussion or traumatic brain injury (TBI), ongoing symptoms of long-COVID, or a functional movement disorder.

The purpose of this study is to learn how the brain changes when people stop taking a kind of weight loss medicine called GLP-1. We will use brain scans and short surveys to help us understand what happens in the brain after stopping the medicine. We are looking for people who are currently taking GLP-1 medicine, have lost at least 10% of their starting weight, and plan to stop taking it.

Helping People with HIV Quit Smoking Using Apps
The purpose of this study is to learn more about two different ways to help people with HIV quit smoking. The first way is to use the app called QuitStart along with the use of nicotine gum and patches. The second way is to use the app called Learn to Quit-HIV (LTQ-H) along with the use of nicotine gum and patches. We will compare each way to understand the pros and cons of each approach. We are looking for volunteers who have HIV and have smoked cigarettes every day in the past 30 days.
