In patients with an impaired immune system, herpes ulcers are usually extensive, deep and cause severe pain. The standard treatment sometimes doesn't work for these patients. The purpose of this study is to see how well the study drug, Pritelivir, may work for this group of patients. We also want to find out what side effects may be caused by the study drug.
