Studying a Treatment for Weight Loss in Pancreatic Cancer
The purpose of this study is to learn more about the study medicine called ponsegromab. We want to see if it can help adults with pancreatic cancer that has spread who have lost weight and strength because of their cancer. Researchers will compare ponsegromab to a placebo to see if it helps improve body weight, appetite, fatigue, and quality of life.

Studying Radiation Plus Immune Therapy for Kidney Cancer
The purpose of this study is to see if adding radiation to immune therapy helps people with kidney cancer that has spread.
