Improving Physical Function in Older Adults with Kidney Disease
The purpose of this study is to find out if two different programs can help older people with chronic kidney disease. One program involves exercise with quick movements 3 times per week for 12 weeks, and the other program involves taking classes on how to live a healthy lifestyle once per week for 12 weeks. Our researchers want to see if older people enjoy these programs and if they can be done safely. We are looking for volunteers who live within 20 miles of the Reynolda Campus.
