The purpose of this study is to find out if the drug irinotecan can extend life after the diagnosis of cancer in the stomach, esophagus, or gastroesophageal junction. Irinotecan will be added to the usual treatment. We want to find out if this approach is better or worse than the usual treatment.
The purpose of this study is to learn more about the study drug AMG 355. We want to see how well the study drug works for treating advanced solid tumors. We also want to learn more about the side effects that may be caused by the study drug.
