The purpose of this study is to learn more about different ways to treat stomach cancer. Our researchers want to see if giving a cancer medicine called paclitaxel directly into the belly, along with regular chemotherapy, can help lower the chance of stomach cancer growing or spreading. We will compare this new treatment to the usual care most people get for stomach cancer.

The purpose of this study is to learn more about a study drug called IDRX-42 (GSK6042981). We want to see if IDRX-42 works better than sunitinib, a medicine used to treat a type of cancer called gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST). This study is for people whose cancer has grown after treatment with imatinib or who had side effects that made it hard to take imatinib. Researchers will also learn more about the safety of IDRX-42 and how it affects people's symptoms and daily life. This information may help doctors find better treatments for people with GIST in the future.
Volunteers must be adults with GIST that has spread to other parts of the body or cannot be removed with surgery. They must have received treatment with imatinib in the past. The study team will provide more information
