Learning More About Online Group Yoga to Help With Depression

    About This Study

    The purpose of this study is to find out if yoga can be just as helpful as therapy for treating depression. We want to understand why some people may benefit more from one program or the other.

    This study will be done remotely. Need volunteers with symptoms of depression. Taking part in this study will include attending online yoga class or online therapy sessions. Volunteers in the yoga group will have classes once a week for 3 months. Volunteers in the therapy group will have 8 therapy sessions over 3 months. Study team will discuss study details with you.
