Studying a New Medicine to Keep Depression Away
The purpose of this study is to find out if a new medicine, taken with current antidepressants, can help stop depression from coming back. Our researchers will also look at how safe the medicine is and what side effects it may cause. Volunteers who join the study will have regular checkups and answer questions about their health and feelings. We are looking for volunteers who have been diagnosed with major depressive disorder that has not improved with their current treatment.

Studying a Mobile App for Heart Rehab Post-Valve Procedure
The purpose of this study is to find out if an at home mobile app can help improve heart health. The app is a heart rehab program and involves a health exercise program. Volunteers in the study will be put into one of three groups: no app, using the app for 12 weeks, or using the app for 24 weeks. We are looking for volunteers who have recently had, or will soon have, a heart valve procedure to fix their aortic, mitral, or tricuspid valve.
