The purpose of this study is to learn more about the study drug, TRC102. We want to see how it can affect Stage III lung cancer. TRC102 will be added to the usual treatment. The addition of TRC102 to the usual treatment could stabilize your cancer and lengthen the time you can live. This study will help the us find out if this approach is better than the usual approach.
