The purpose of this study is to compare two common heart procedures to see which one works better for this disease. One uses a small tube and balloon to open clogged heart arteries. The other is surgery to go around the clogged parts. The goal is to see which one helps people live longer and feel better.

The purpose of this study is to find out if breast tissue affects headache and neck pain. Some studies show that having large breasts might be linked to pain in the head and neck, but we do not fully understand the reasons for this. In this study, we will monitor how headache features change before and after plastic surgery. We are looking for volunteers who are seeing Plastic Surgery for breast reduction (reduction mammoplasty) or excess skin removal (panniculectomy) procedures.

Studying Hair Loss and Family History
The purpose of this study is to learn more about what might cause a kind of hair loss called Frontal Fibrosing Alopecia. We are looking for Black or African American women who have this condition. If you join the study, you will be asked to answer a short survey, have pictures taken of your scalp, and give a saliva sample so we can look at your DNA. We are also looking for family members-whether they have hair loss or not-to take part. This is not a treatment study.

Studying Aspirin Use During Pregnancy
The purpose of this study is to learn more about aspirin use during pregnancy. We want to see if using more aspirin can help lower the chance of having a baby too early or stillborn. Our researchers will compare two different aspirin doses to see which works better for moms and babies. We are looking for volunteers who are between 10 and almost 16 weeks pregnant and who have had a baby born more than five weeks early in the past.

We want to see if using two antibiotics instead of one before the C-section can help prevent infections like endometritis, wound infection, or sepsis. The purpose of this study is to learn if adding a new medicine called mirvetuximab to chemotherapy (carboplatin) is safe and works well for advanced ovarian cancer.
