Studying Opioid Use After Cancer Surgery

The purpose of this study is to see how many pain pills are taken by cancer patients after surgery. We also want to see how patients get rid of leftover pills and how happy they are with their care. The purpose of this study is to test if different drug combinations are safe and work well for treating lymphoma. We want to see how your body processes these drugs and what effects they have on your cancer. We are testing two combinations: mosunetuzumab with CC-220 or CC-99282, and glofitamab with obinutuzumab and CC-99282. We will use different doses and schedules to see what works best.

Using a Tracker to Learn More about Heart Rate Variability Changes and Cancer-Related Tiredness

This study aims to help people with pancreatic and breast cancer who feel very tired because of their illness. We will use an activity tracker to check changes in your heart rate variability and how well you sleep. We will also ask you to fill out surveys and keep a diary about your tiredness. The information we collect may help us understand how heart rate variability changes are related to cancer-related tiredness. This study will last around 1 month.
