The purpose of this study is to learn more about the study drug called AAV2-hAQP1. We want to see if this study drug can help people who have dry mouth because of radiation treatment for head and neck cancer. We want to check if this study drug will increase saliva and see if it is safe and easy for people to use.
The purpose of this study is to find out if the drug irinotecan can extend life after the diagnosis of cancer in the stomach, esophagus, or gastroesophageal junction. Irinotecan will be added to the usual treatment. We want to find out if this approach is better or worse than the usual treatment.
