Comparing a New Treatment For Blood Cancer Patients
The purpose of this study is to learn about a new treatment called Inotuzumab Ozogamicin. We want to see if it helps people with blood cancer. We will compare the results of patients who get this new treatment with those who get the usual treatment. We are looking for volunteers who are newly diagnosed with one of these blood cancers: high-risk B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL), mixed-phenotype acute leukemia (MPAL), or disseminated B lymphoblastic lymphoma (B-LLy).

Comparing Two Medicines for Essential Thrombocythemia

You are invited to join because you are at least 30 years old, self-identify as Black and/or African American or are at higher risk for developing MGUS because of a first-degree relative and, live in Charlotte, NC or nearby. This study will also check how many people have a blood condition that might lead to blood cancer.
