About This Study
High risk myelodysplastic syndrome (HR-MDS) is a bone marrow blood disorder. The purpose of this study is to learn more about the medicine lisaftoclax for this disorder. Researchers want to see if lisaftoclax with standard treatment works better than standard treatment alone.
