About This Study
The purpose of this study is to learn if adding a new medicine called iadademstat to a standard treatment may work better for a serious type of blood cancer. Researchers will compare treatment with one medicine alone to treatment with both medicines together. They will look at how well the cancer responds and how safe the treatments are. This study is for volunteers with a type of blood cancer called Philadelphia chromosome-negative myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN) that is getting worse and may turn into acute leukemia.
