Testing the Study Drug KTX-1001 for The Treatment of Multiple Myeloma

The goal of this study is to learn more about the study drug KTX-1001. We want to find out if this drug is safe for patients with multiple myeloma that has returned or didn't respond to treatment. We also want to see if patients can handle the taking the drug.

Finding Ways to Improve Health for Older Adults with B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma or Multiple Myeloma

The purpose of this study is to see if we can decrease CAR-T therapy side effects. We also want to see if we can improve care in older adults with non-Hodgkin lymphoma or multiple myeloma. Pre-treatment assessments will be done to identify weaknesses and guide referrals for additional care if needed. We want to see if this approach will improve health for patients.
