Studying the Medicine BLEXIMENIB for Patients with Acute Myeloid Leukemia
The purpose of this study is to learn more about a new medicine called BLEXIMENIB. We want to see if it works better when added to two other medicines for people with a kind of blood cancer called acute myeloid leukemia (AML). This study is for people with changes in the KMT2A or NPM1 gene, who are not able to get stronger chemotherapy.

Early Detection Matters
The purpose of this study is to test recruitment methods to find and sign up people for a blood screening study. The results will help us decide if we can do a bigger study later. You are invited to join because you are at least 30 years old, self-identify as Black and/or African American or are at higher risk for developing MGUS because of a first-degree relative and, live in Charlotte, NC or nearby. This study will also check how many people have a blood condition that might lead to blood cancer.

Studying a New Cancer Treatment for Patients with Blood Cancer
The purpose of this study is to learn more about a new treatment for patients with blood cancer. We want to see if the treatment called AZD0486 when used alone or with other cancer treatment, is safe and useful. We are looking for volunteers with a one of these types of blood cancers: mantle cell lymphoma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, or small lymphocytic lymphoma. The study team will provide more information.

Studying Vitamin C Levels and Blood Cancer Treatment Outcomes
The purpose of this study is to see if vitamin C levels affect how well treatments work for people with certain types of blood cancer. We will also look at specific genes that might affect vitamin C in the body. This study will help us understand if vitamin C can improve treatment results for these cancers. We are looking for volunteers with acute myeloid leukemia, myelodysplastic syndromes, or chronic myelomonocytic leukemia.
