About This Study
The purpose of this study is to see if adding the medicine cabozantinib to standard chemotherapy can help children and young adults with newly diagnosed osteosarcoma (bone cancer). Researchers want to learn if this treatment works better than standard chemotherapy alone and if it can be given safely.
