About This Study
The purpose of this study is to learn more about a new medicine called sonrotoclax. We want to see if this medicine works better and is safe for people with a type of blood cancer called chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). We will compare the medicine to other approved treatments to see which one helps more. The goal is to help people feel better and live longer.
