About This Study
The purpose of this study is to learn more about a medicine called KQB548. Our researchers want to see if the medicine can safely help people with an advanced solid tumor that has a KRAS G12D mutation. They also want to learn if the medicine is safe and find the best dose to use, while also seeing how it affects cancer growth.
