About This Study
The purpose of this study is to learn more about a new medicine called PF-07248144 used with fulvestrant. Researchers want to see if this medicine can help people with a type of breast cancer called HER2-negative that has grown or spread and got worse after other treatment. Researchers will compare the new treatment to standard treatments to see if it works better and is safe.
