About This Study
The purpose of this study is to learn more about the medicines tagraxofusp and azacitidine. We want to see if giving these two medicines together will treat a type of blood cancer called secondary acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The goal is to see if this new treatment helps people stay healthier longer and is safe to use.
