About This Study
The purpose of this study is to learn more about a medicine called cirtuvivint for certain blood cancers. Our researchers will study this medicine by itself or together with another pill called ASTX727. We want to learn how safe these medicines are, find the best dose, and see how they affect the cancer. This study is for volunteers with myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) or acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
