About This Study
This study aims to find out more about using the drug navtemadlin with ruxolitinib. We want to see if these drugs together are safe and helpful for treating myelofibrosis. We also want to know if navtemadlin can help patients who don't improve with just ruxolitinib.
Volunteers must be diagnosed with primary myelofibrosis. Study team will provide more information.
