About This Study
The purpose of this study is to learn more about the study drug SNDX-5613. We want to see if adding this study drug to the usual treatment can help patients who have just been diagnosed with a type of blood cancer called acute myeloid leukemia. We want to find out how much of the drug will cause serious side effects in patients. This will help doctors find out the best amount of the drug to use in future treatments for this cancer.
Volunteers must be diagnosed with with acute myeloid leukemia and have changes in NPM1 or MLL/KMT2A gene. Study team will provide more information.
