    About This Study

Sleep is a critical part of long-term memory storage. Aging can cause issues with sleep and memory. The goal of this study is to see if improving sleep can improve memory. Volunteers will wear a headband during sleep that will record brain activity. This headband will also provide low-level electrical stimulation to increase deep sleep. Deep sleep is a stage of sleep that is important for memory.

Diagnosed with mild memory or thinking problems. Study team will discuss study details with you.
