    About This Study

The purpose of this study is to test the study drug cabozantinib. We want to see if this study drug helps kids and young adults with a type of bone cancer called osteosarcoma. We will compare cabozantinib with standard care to check if it works better and check to see if it safe. We are looking for volunteers with remaining cancer that cannot be removed by surgery after using chemotherapy treatment. The study team will provide more information.
