About This Study
The usual treatment for low-risk breast cancer is radiation and hormonal therapy. The purpose of this study is to find out how well hormonal therapy alone will work. We want to find out if this approach is better or worse than the usual approach.
We are looking for volunteers diagnosed with low-risk, early stage breast cancer that is sensitive to hormones. Some volunteers will have radiation therapy to the breast and take a hormonal drug for at least five years. Other volunteers will only take a hormonal drug for at least five years. Study team will discuss study details with you.
