About This Study
The purpose of this study is to learn if a study drug called safusidenib is safe and works well for people with a type of brain tumor called glioma. This type of tumor has a change in a gene called IDH1. Researchers want to see if the drug can ease symptoms, shrink the tumor, or slow its growth.
