About This Study
This study compares palazestrant plus ribociclib to letrozole plus ribociclib in people with hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative advanced breast cancer. Researchers want to learn whether palazestrant plus ribociclib works better at slowing cancer growth and helping people live longer. They will also compare the safety of the two treatment combinations.
