About This Study
The purpose of this study is to learn if a new medicine (GDC‑4198), alone or with another medicine, is safe and works for people with advanced breast cancer. The study will also compare this new treatment to a standard treatment. Researchers want to find the best dose and see how well the treatments help control the cancer. This study is for volunteers with type of breast cancer that is hormone receptor‑positive and HER2‑negative that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery and has already been treated with a CDK4/6 inhibitor.
