About This Study
Drug-resistant bilateral mesial temporal lobe epilepsy means a person has seizures in both sides of the brain's memory area that do not get better with medicine. The purpose of this study is to learn more about a new treatment made from special brain cells to help people with this type of epilepsy. Doctors will place these cells into the brain to see if they can safely reduce seizures. The study also checks how well people feel after getting the treatment.
