    About This Study

The purpose of this study is to learn about a new way to treat skin cancer with surgery. We want to see if giving a type of medicine called immunotherapy before and after surgery helps people stay cancer-free longer than the usual treatment. We are trying to find out if this new way works better or worse than the regular way. We are looking for volunteers who have a kind of skin cancer called cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma that can be removed with surgery.
