About This Study
The purpose of this study is to test a headband that plays sounds to see if it can help people fall asleep faster. The sounds are designed to change brain activity linked to trouble falling and staying asleep. Researchers also want to see if better sleep may help improve mood. This study is for volunteers who have trouble falling or staying asleep and are experiencing symptoms of depression.
