About This Study
Pulmonary hypertension with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (PH‑HFpEF) is a type of heart problem where the heart does not relax and fill with blood the way it should. This causes higher pressure in the blood vessels that go to the lungs, which can make breathing harder. The purpose of this study is to learn more about a new medicine called levosimendan by comparing it to a placebo, which is a pill with no medicine.
