    About This Study

The purpose of this study is to see how Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps with pain in people who have sickle cell disease. We also want to see if self-guided CBT or CBT with the help of a health coach is better. In this study, a health coach is a peer or someone who is either living with or a caregiver of someone living with sickle cell disease.
