    About This Study

The purpose of this study to learn more about the study drug pelacarsen for patients with calcific aortic valve stenosis. We want to see if the study drug can help safely slow the progression of calcium build-up on the heart valve. Calcium build-up causes narrowing and restricting of blood flow from the heart to the rest of the body.

Volunteers must be diagnosed with mild or moderate calcific aortic valve stenosis and elevated lipoprotein(a). Study team will provide more information.
