About This Study
The purpose of this study is to find a safe dose of the drugs pembrolizumab, tazemetostat and topotecan. We want to see if this combination will lower the chance of relapsed SCLC growing or spreading.
Need volunteers diagnosed with small cell lung cancer that has grown or spread after treatment. Volunteers will get treatment until the cancer grows or side effects are not manageable. Study team will discuss study details with you.
