About This Study
The purpose of this study is to see if adding a chemotherapy drug called docetaxel to standard hormone treatment can slow down advanced prostate cancer. Researchers want to learn if this combination works better than hormone treatment alone. The results may help improve care for people with prostate cancer in the future.
