About This Study
The purpose of this study is to learn if adding a new medicine called mirvetuximab to chemotherapy (carboplatin) is safe and works well for advanced ovarian cancer. Researchers want to see if this treatment can shrink tumors before surgery so they can be removed more easily. Possible side effects of the treatment will also be studied. This study is for volunteers with advanced-stage serous epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube or primary peritoneal cancer.
