About This Study
Hepatic arterial infusion (HAI) chemotherapy is a way to give cancer medicine straight into the liver using a small pump. The purpose of this study is to see if using this type of chemotherapy with regular chemotherapy can help people with colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver. Doctors will compare people who get both treatments to people who get only regular chemotherapy. The goal is to find out which treatment helps patients live longer and feel better.
