About This Study
The purpose of this study is to find the highest safe dose of a new drug, iadademstat, when used with other cancer drugs (atezolizumab or durvalumab) in people with advanced small cell lung cancer. The study will check for side effects and see how well the drug combination works. This may help doctors learn if this new treatment is better or worse than the usual care for this cancer.
