Exploring a New Program to Care for Rural Patients with Chronic Pain

    About This Study

    The purpose of this study is to test a new program for patients in rural areas with chronic pain. We want to see if this program can help patients better manage their pain and daily functioning by working with a nurse care manager.

    Volunteers must live in a rural area and have been experiencing chronic pain for at least 3 months. Study team will provide more information.

    • Phone Calls and/or Emails
    • Study Visits and Consultations
    • Surveys/Questionnaires
    • Diary/e-Diary Writing or Recordings

    Age & Gender

    • 18 - 100 years old
    • All Genders

    Language

    • This study enrolls English speakers only
