About This Study
The goal of this study is to learn more about a drug called Bomedemstat. We want to find out if this drug is safe and helpful for people with a rare blood disease called essential thrombocythemia. We also want to see how this drug compares to the best treatments available for this disease.
Volunteers must have tried the drug hydroxyurea before and either it did not work well for them or they couldn't take it because it made them feel bad. Study team will provide more information.
