About This Study
The purpose of the study is to find out if the study drug, Dichloroacetate, can keep glioblastomas from growing. We want to know if the study drug can help improve the health of patients with glioblastomas that have returned or been difficult to treat.
Need study volunteers diagnosed with grade IV glioma that has returned or gotten worse after treatment. Study drug will be given either before or after surgery. Taking part in this study will last up to three years. Study visits will occur approximately every 56 days. Study visits last about one hour. Study team will discuss study details with you.
