About This Study
The purpose of this study is to learn whether two study drug combinations are safe and work well for people with endometrial cancer. The study is for people whose cancer has spread or come back after treatment. It is also for people whose cancer has high levels of a protein called HER2 and has a genetic feature called pMMR. Researchers will test Trastuzumab Deruxtecan (T-DXd) together with either Rilvegostomig or Pembrolizumab. They will compare these combinations to chemotherapy given with Pembrolizumab to see which treatment works better and is safer.
