About This Study
This study will compare two different ways to pace the heart to treat heart failure. There are two ways doctors can place a heart wire to help treat heart failure. One method places the wire on the outside of the heart's lower left chamber and is the standard treatment used today. The other method places the wire in a different area inside the heart called the left bundle branch area. Researchers want to compare these two approaches to see how well they work.
