About This Study
Non obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (nHCM) is a heart condition where the heart muscle is thicker than it should be. This can make it harder for the heart to pump blood and can cause symptoms. The purpose of this study is to learn more about a study medicine called ninerafaxstat. Researchers want to see if this medicine is safe and if it helps the heart work better during daily activities and exercise.
